Tim's gone delirious! We thought it was just a throat infection, but...

Just kidding. ;) New Street is the only stop you can play.

Sorry Tim, we thought that you were imagining routes. :P

Of course, it's all in jest, apologies if I offended. Mind you, it would be quite cool though...would that be a new parliamentary service?

Well Backontrack, Wikipedia did show information of a Wolverhampton to Walsall service avoiding New Street, but goodness knows how old this information was, I don't know.

Sorry for my brief absence, had to setup my Mum's new mobile phone.

Reviewing today's journeys, I notice that an invalid move was made on the leg that ended at Duddeston, won by backontrack. No services run fast from Hamstead (post #86524) to Birmingham New Street (post #86527.) Since the next station after Hamstead had already been played (Perry Barr, the starting station on that leg), no further moves were possible after Hamstead.

Fortunately this actual winning move was also played by backontrack, so the only material difference this makes is that he scores two points fewer for the leg.

As a gentle reminder, could I ask everyone to be careful when posting - especially in areas where more complex 'skip-stop' timetables operate.

Apologies, I was going by map only.

As it turns out, there is a direct service to Smethwick Rolfe Street, but only during engineering work, so that post remains invalid. But we might be able to use this in future...?

The next leg will start at West Kilbride

Ardrossan South Beach

Good question! I'll check on that tonight when I get home and report back.
