I tried the spicy one and loved it. Pricey though, but presumably that's because there's now a market for expensive burgers thanks to Five Guys, GBK etc.It's also worth noting that following the success in the USA, the breakfast will most likely become all day at some point. McDonalds do still say it won't be the case as their isn't enough room to cook both menus side by side, but they said the same over the pond too. If it ultimately means more income, they'll find a way.
They are also rolling out their gourmet 'signature' collection to many more restaurants. As it was only in 40 or so restaurants for the initial trial, has anyone here sampled the 'signature' collection?
Not sure about breakfast all day, but always thought it should be until at least 11am. Maybe even 11.30am, perhaps with a crossover. That would mean changes in menus and preparation for that time, rather than all day.
I can't see breakfasts being that popular mid afternoon, as in popular enough to be worth doing.
