It appeared that although some services were delayed by between 40 and 60 minutes, the basic core frequency remained
I was watching departures from Motherwell, and there was still an equivalent train to Glasgow every 15 minutes
There were also two Class 334s stranded on Shields diagrams and no attempt was made to swap them out for Class 314s, which would have released them for use South East - North West duties
Obviously you've got to have crews available to do that, but surely they would all have been sitting at Yoker twiddling their thumbs along with the trains all sitting awaiting release from Yoker
