I applied on 20/10 I think, not heard anything yet.

I still haven't heard anything. Any luck?

I emailed LOROL asking how long it would usually take for applicants to get a reply. They told me that the shortlisting process can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months.

Not heard anything yet since they told me it could be up to 4 months before I'm told either way whether I passed to the next stage.

Have they started inviting people to assessments then??

Yes there has been at least a couple of assessment days.

I'm starting to get little worried as I still haven't heard anything and it appears as if people are already having assessment days. Still, I suppose I can remain hopeful until I get an email saying I wasn't successful...

Just received an email for an assessment day next week. I have already passed all the tests with gtr and was just wondering how long Lorol hold passes for and wether there are any extra tests they make you do

i am from a retail background and would really appreciate your support on this as i am very nervous atm about the assessment day

Sorry I didnt see this before, how did you get on?

My experience of the assessment days was that everything was explained very clearly before each task with practice examples first, meaning that a good nights sleep and forcing yourself to concentrate on the day is much more important than trying to practice anything before hand.

Guys what does day 1 assessment entails please. This is the email I got:

'This assessment session will include two* concentration tests, a fault finding te*st and a situational judgement test'.
