Wait...I just thought...why are the results hidden?
I think I remember Jordy saying it was so that it didn't influence our votes...
But we can't see the current results until after we've voted anyway.

(and you can see them in the portal thingy anyway)

Great selection this week, but I can't vote: they're in a different order to what they're numbered :? So I've gone for number 5, which is the 9th file in the gallery. Haven't voted yet, so please clarify which number I should be voting for.

I have to say, an absolutely brilliant set of photos this week :D It was a very tough choice indeed.

Okay I know I may offend some and I havent won a competition myself but I really think a few people are missing the point because as some of these shots capture what we can say is urban some of these shots dont even fit into the catagory im sorry to put others down but it's simple ........................urban = in the city.

I have to agree there. There is several photos that have nothing to do with the theme this week.

It's quite a subjective theme I think, some shots have captured it better than others.

I'm not sure which I'm going to vote for yet, I think it'll be a choice between 1, 3, 5, 8 and 9.

If you don't think a photo fits the theme then don't vote for it. This should encorage people to enter photos that fit the theme in future.

Yeah I understand not to vote for photo's which I consider not within the theme but the trend can sometimes lead to people voting for the best looking shot not the best within theme shot which if you think is unfair because why should people spend hours scrtaching their heads trying to fit a catagory with one of their own shots.............once again no offence.

I totally agree with you here mate. I've never really liked the 'don't like/think its right - don't vote' for it attitude. If it doesnt fit the description then It shouldn't be there.

I almost always vote for the photo which is the best demonstrator/sample/etc of the topic chosen.

See fair enough I understand like that Matt said that if you dont like it dont vote for it but my only problem is the fact that what is the point in having a theme if no one understands what they should eneter and that this problem has to be pointed out by us not the admin.

By all accounts I am not trying to have at go at you guys in admin (And I could never do your job id fail on day one) but sometimes a point has to be made otherwise progress never happens.

No offence to the photo of course but IMO I didn't think it was really that urban. I mean, Folkstone isn't the most urban places of Britain.

Oh it is mate, oh it is.... Some parts may seem nice, but others.... very urban. I chose that image as there were lots of buildings in the way, and that counts as being urban....

Still my opinion that it didn't suit the theme as well as it could, hence I didn't vote for it.
