Hello all. I was wondering if there was any international trains that entered London except DB ICE. Thanks.
The TGV La Poste did once...
Someone mentioned that other foreign trains ran to London like Italian and Spain rail. .
Someone mentioned that other foreign trains ran to London like Italian and Spain rail. But I can't find any research on that. I was just wondering if that has happened.I know DB ran demo trains for an upcoming U.K to Germany, but never something time to time like Italy etc..
Indeed, a poster on here has a photo of it as an avatar.
Is it possible that someone has confused freight with passenger trains as there are/were possibly through freight workings from Italy and Spain?
As the only realistic way to get a train from Germany or Italy into this country is via the Channel Tunnel, and Eurotunnel will not play ball with any passenger operator other than Eurostar, it would appear exceedingly unlikely that one's going to suddenly show up at St Pancras (but see the Dreams thread in the General Discussion forum!)
