LM not going DOO then like some of the other GOVIA franchises? All it needs is the odd Revenue inspector, a few ticket barriers and the odd mumbled driver announcement when the displays aren't working and look, they'd save a huge £28,645 and everyone would feel so very secure and like GN they could happily maintain they are a "customer focused railway".

They sacked all the revenue inspectors instead.....
