I received a 16 page questionnaire from Abellio Greater Anglia at Liverpool Street Station this morning.
Will have to pad out my answers a bit as I only travelled from Stratford to Liverpool Street !!!!

I kind of wonder why they are bothering, considering the franchise will end soon.

And it would be far easier to hand out a business card sized card with a QR link and website address to an online form, which would be much quicker to analyse rather than dealing with the returned paper.

Plus most people are more likely to fill an online form in. A 16 page paper questionnaire is going in the bin unless I get something out of it.

Are they expecting you to pay the postage?

But it will help improve the service? Given an opportunity to have a say and it goes in the bin? How British.

Let's stop running trains, after all the franchise is ending soon ;)

Your point on business cards, that is good! Get you on the job!

For that very reason condidering they're in the running. for the franchise (in bed with Stagecoach) It is NPS time & extra stand-by crews have been brought in at depots regardless of cost to ensure performance is high. Shame the onboard cleaners are throwing the surveys in the bin as they go through

I'm sure DA and his twitter friends could gather them up and fill them in ;)
