OK, this was all collected in the last year or so (I have stock, but no layout, go figure... :roll: )

Yes it is a bachmann model, a limited edition for Modelzone.

Thats right, I think they've done two Southern Turbostars now, I think they did a weathered 170 or 171 recently in Southern livery but not sure. Would be nice if they did a 4-car 171 as a future limited edition.

Perhaps all these southern based Limited editions will give the RTR manufacturers the idea that people model the south in its modern guise.

Vitrains are to release a DRS 37 ('Jonty Jarvis' with correctly modified front end, apparently), and Lima released four of them (609,610,611 and another (608?)), of which I have two (609, 611) and have eyes out for the other two. Not forgetting the two soon to be released Rail Express limited editions from Bachmann.

They haven't.

Firstly they have got the multi holes on the end, but they haven't reveresed it for the other cab.

The blue is too dark for the logos, and the main logo is wrong, it should be the website one.

Ah well!

I might save me money up and build an LUL one instead
