On 7th July I travelled from St Pancras to Leicester (10.15 departure). The train was delayed and after sending a tweet to East Midlands Trains they replied with an apology and a link to a Delay Repay Claim Form. The ticket was £125 (first class day return) and I believe that I'm entitled to vouchers for 50% of the outward cost, so £31.25)
I returned the completed form but today have received a letter saying that their records show that the train was delayed by less than 30 minutes so no compensation is due. I can't recall the exact arrival time but think it was in the region of 40 minutes late.
Can anyone tell me where I can look up this information. I thought it was on RealTime Trains but they only hold records for 7 days.
Thanks
