Where does the abbey flyer 321 stay overnight?

Where does the 321 operating the Watford-St Albans Abbey line stay overnight? I can't see any movements on RTT but it seems unlikely that it would stay in platform 11 all night. Does anyone know?

It stays in platform 11 all night, swaps over on Sunday afternoon. At the moment there is a second 321 just south of platform 11 at Watford, currently out of order with an AWS failure. Second failure on the branch in not very long; the trains are getting unreliable as they thin out!

Thank you, Causton. I wonder why the train going from Watford to Northampton needs to go via Euston? Could you explain your final comments about WTT and PTT? Thanks again.

there is no northbound connection from the Abbey branch to the WCML so the train has to run south. I guess Euston is the most convenient place to turn it

We took it out during the resig as it was an utter nightmare to maintain and caused a TSR on the Up Fast.

I hope it is not lonely, it would be better to run it up to Bletchley so it could stay with its friends

At the moment (it might be gone) there seems to be a 321 stabled next to it with a fault, after last week one had a TPWS failure and this week one had an AWS failure! So it's not lonely. It gets to look at the trains passing by on the slow lines as well overnight ;)
