Booking a SNCF Sleeper

Trying to book or search times for the supposed sleeper from Hendaye to Pau is an absolute nightmare- does anyone have the timings for that service, or have SNCF cut it now?

There is a sleeper train:

but it isn't overnight from Hendaye to Pau, so is of little use. I doubt they sell daytime tickets on it.

Hendaye to Pau is only just over 2 hours by train. I don't think you will need a sleeper.

assuming you meant Hendaye to Paris the following is taken from Seat61, Spain to London overnight.

San Sebastian ► London overnight
◾ Step 1, travel from San Sebastian to Hendaye by narrow gauge train run by Euskotren. These run every 30 minutes from Sebastian Amara station to Hendaye, journey time 37 minutes. At Hendaye, the Euskotren station is across the forecourt from the main SNCF station. Always allow plenty of time for the connections! You'll find the Euskotren stations branded Metro Donostialdea.

◾Step 2, travel overnight from Hendaye to Paris, leaving Hendaye at 19:08 on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays (plus some other peak dates) arriving Paris Gare d'Austerlitz at 07:18. This is a French Intercités de Nuit overnight train with 1st class (4-berth) and 2nd class (6-berth) couchettes plus reclining seats. A couchette is recommended, not a seat. What are French couchette trains like? Does not run on 24 or 31 December. Check the exact departure time and whether this overnight train is running on your date of travel using www.loco2.com or www.capitainetrain.com.


◾Step 3, travel from Paris to London by Eurostar, leaving Paris Gare du Nord at 09:13 and arriving in London St Pancras at 10:39.
