Hi there, so yesterday I made the journey from Finsbury Park in London to Peterborough, I had the intention to buy a ticket as I had no time as the train was about to depart I went onto to the train thinking I could purchase a ticket on board. The conductor did not come on until the Huntingdon stop and he asked for a ticket, and I asked to buy one where he refused and asked me to pay a £20 fine. I did not have the £20 so he took my name, details and my mother's name as I am under 17. It was on the great northern service, anyone know what will happen next and how much i'll have to potentially pay??
Any help would be much appreciated as, I'll be in a deep hole of trouble when my parents find out, so just wondering if anyone knows what the next step is??
