Network Rail website has the engineering works between London Euston and Watford that were planned for 14-15 Feb as cancelled but the alterations on the 16 Feb remaining. Is this still the case - meant to be travelling to Manchester on 16th and the revised timetable is showing and with no advance tickets available

Any reason why Virgin train services have not been reinstated fully on 16 Feb - website states "The revised timetable will be published as soon as available" given the engineering works were cancelled a few days ago why the delay?

because the timetable is still being created and validated! it is quite a job to create a timetable from scratch

I would also imagine there will be a challenge resourcing the trains with drivers and guards as they may well have been given leave

I understand there may be staffing issues but if there are not then surely it is just reinstating the normal Monday timetable or am I missing something
