Latest Rail Express Deltic Poster

In the latest issue of Rail Express no.225 February issue, there is an announcement on the front page of a free A4 print of a 1960's Deltic in the Blue with white strips livery, but having searched the issue back to front I could not find out anything about it, least of all a poster.

Well I rang the magazine and apparently there has been a mistake and it will be in the next issue which should be worth looking out for.

Maybe it just affected issues in some parts of the country!
