Based on last C6 dates, I would have expected 838/42/47 to be GA livery by owne

90012 moved to Crewe today for its mechanical exam. It should return to Norwich via Toton for repaint.

315837 is due to be stopped on Friday evening at Ilford, also for repaint.

Little Update. Been busy.

465926 finally returning tonight, move cancelled two weekends now. I seem to remember 465901 was due to replace it two weeks ago, but can't confirm unit due to move tomorrow at the moment.

319431 returned Saturday, haven't confirmed its replacement, but believed to be 319012. 319439 is still at Wolverton getting its C6 and repaint.

What colour are GTR sticking with on the Thameslink route? I can't seem to find a definitive answer/pics, I've seen white/grey with blue doors and purple like the old FCC ones. Are they sticking with the purple or moving to white/grey?

The class 387s are in a non standard livery of white with southern doors

Doesn't matter what livery at the moment because they are to go elsewhere

319s are receiving just plain white but with the thameslink blue doors .... Presumably only ghost white with no detail as going elsewhere

The 365s on the other hand despite being with great northern are presumably getting the joint great northern and thameslink livery of white and grey with blue doors ... Pretty plain but not as plain as the 319s!

One 319 is in a non standard livery of white pink doors

The rest are in old capital connect or southern livery on thameslink

315836 was stopped on Friday for repaint at Ilford.

Ten remain in blue should all be white by May then

Be interesting what alterations overground/crossrail make to the livery

Is the new passenger information system received well?

I was also interested in the cause behind the staining on these units which spoils the body side... Presumably a long running 'problem' connected to the drainage

315837 has become the first 315 to be repainted into the new mtr crossrail livery in white with blue doors and blue skirt at the botton. i believe the service will be branded as tfl rail until 2018 then it will be known as mtr crossrail from then

Thanks! I wonder how easy it will be to retrofit all the greater anglia 315s
Presumably not a hard job but greater Anglia don't seem bothered about repainting blue doors red so perhaps not that simple

I doubt "MTR" will appear on any branding anywhere

I suspect it's less about being bothered too and more about not taking stock out of service unnecessarily, and not spending money on frivolities. It's rumoured that this early release of the TFL livery is because that unit was due to be repainted now anyway, so money is being saved by not painting it into the AGA livery and then repainting again in a few months.

A couple to update on...

Thameslink refresh
365537 and 365532 can be added to the 365s. (The 365s have been quiet for some reason, only two in since November 2014)
319012 can be added to the 319s for now. (319447 is also there, but not sure if it's for TL colours or not...)

Northern
319361 left works for Allerton this afternoon in new colours (with 319379, but still in ex-FCC colours)

Thanks all

Can anyone clarify the recent 315 repaints please - presume 849 and 859 came out in Greater Anglia as they were stopped before 837? As 836 and 850 were both stopped after 837, are they also getting this TfL Rail livery?
