I was in place for 5X97 this morning, passed West Ealing 35ish late due to tresspassing near Ealing <(. 5X98 should be better sun-wise for the photters out there who wish to see it on the Greenford - Drayton Green stretch 8)

I'd wondered why 4 of the match wagons had been moved to the HEx depot at Old Oak Common a few weeks ago!

Does anyone know the ID of the first 332 turned on 5X97 yesterday? I couldn't find the number for looking.

I think 67001 and possibly a shed may work the drags today.

The depot have been trying for months to organise the moves, we've got some bod from EWS doncaster to make sure it all runs smoothly, so far so good although the conductor is a bit iffy;)

So is there now First Class at both ends of the train (joined sets) or are all First Class seats now located at the country end when the units are in Paddington?

All HEx 332's now have the FC at the LONDON end of the unit.

Also look out for a new livery on the FC's coming out soon;)

As from Tuesday 25 March:
HEx 332's will be PAD-CTA-T5*
HEc 360's will be PAD-CTA-T4
with a HEc 360 doing a 30min T4-CTA shuttle

*of note 25-26 march the 332's will be ecs CTA-T5

LOL when the moves were first heard about, we all assumed it was the london end units that were being turned, but powers that be said that it should be the country end units, so that an FC car would be available at the buffer end of Pad;)

All country units having being turned the other week and now all FC's are at the london end, also with a new livery out soon;)
