As repeatedly mentioned in this thread, freight schedules shown on RTT do not contain the real head code. (This must be the most often explained issue along with timing loads shown on RTT.)

Therefore it is recommended that when making TOPS requests for freight such an identifier not be used on its own, as RTT do not provide the facility to enquire on the basis of a scrambled reference and TRUST will not be able to make sense of it. Instead provide a link to the schedule or a description of the working.
