I had only really paid attention to cornwall, which seems pretty accurate

I have sent in contributions to the site based on my observations in Cornwall / Plymouth, perhaps if some people did the same for Somerset etcetera the site would be more accurate?!

Indeed though in the case of 32523/4, that info just appeared (Lord knows where from) so it can be a double edged sword as duff info does get reported too

Yes point taken, indeed the site has pre-empted the move of Volvo B7RLE's 69208/9 from First Kernow to Buses of Somerset. As of last week they were still at Camborne. Also on the site until a few weeks ago were Olympians 31457/8/61 which have all gone in the last few months and some Marshall Darts that went for disposal from Plymouth late last year.

I am not sure if Marshall Dart 41143 still survives or is 41132 the sole Marshall left in the south west?

It is not easy keeping fleetlists up to date especially when you have no official information and are relying on observations and contributions of others.

69208 is at Taunton in green, I didn't think 209 was due in Somerset though?

Don't know the number, cos it's not really my thing, but a Marshall-bodied Dart was on the 6 Mousehole service yesterday. With the lights there drawing people from all over the country, apparently, imagine it would have got very crowded.

Well it was at Penzance a couple of weeks ago on the 11 & 16 I think so it does get used at weekends,The latest Solo 53709 that was recently obtained seems to be rather elusive, that was intended for Mousehole services. I am not sure a Dart would get into the centre of Mousehole, I expect it went as far as the car park just on the approach and turned round there.

Yes, could have been an 'extra' anyway, which all terminate at the car park. Must get a photo if it's about to disappear, remember these from their time at Centrewest and I've always quite liked the front, which is as enthusiastic as I can get about a Dart,:)

Although it is still part of the First Plymouth fleet 42459 has been VOR for quite a while.

Solo 53709 is a regular on Mousehole services now. No Dart of any size would ever get into Mousehole. 7.8m slimline Solos are the largest vehicles that fit.

Buses up to 12m can turn at the Coastguards Hotel. This is what happened when 10.7m Darts and Olympians operated the extra summer Sunday services.

An Olmpian or other decker does the Mousehole run every college day too - the p.m. one into Mousehole must be fun at the moment for the driver with the hordes descending for the lights even at such an early hour!

Optare Solo 53709 was on a 6A service when I saw it last night in Newlyn in a quiet moment through the window of the Fishermans Arms during a pub quiz!

Seen it operating a few days ago - have they sorted the badly removed green vinyls yet?
.
No, still see signs of the vinyls (Ugobus?), Marshall Dart 41132 on the 18 again earlier today.

Vario's 52526 and 52554 were both in use on service 11 in Penzance yesterday, while today I saw 52526 again on the 11. Did I read that they will both be withdrawn at the end of December?

41132 was crammed when I saw it - last day of term, with some schools finish ing early, not an ideal day for it on the 18, although at least it was on a Camborne short.

A Bedford OB made it into the centre of Mousehole during the Running Day in April - just.

I was on board and it was a very tight squeeze with only just enough room to get the bus round the corner.
