Potential 19c/CDR split?

I have a query regarding off peak restrictions on a potential 19c split

I hold an annual Z1-4 Travelcard, which obviously has no time restrictions and I would like to go to a station outside of the zones with a split onto a CDR.

The train in question departs the London terminal at around 0920 and passes the last station in zone 4 at 0930, which is when the same time that the CDR becomes available. The first stop for the train is my destination?
Is this combination valid?

Thanks

What's the wording of the CDR?

If it's something like "By any train except those timed to depart Mondays to Fridays before 0930" then it's a debate about semantics.

Does anyone know what ATOC's view is on Boundary Zone 4 tickets with such wording? (e.g. to Reading)

Outward Travel

Not valid on trains timed to depart before 09:30

[EDIT]

To answer my own question, I tweeted FGW who have confirmed that a BZ4 CDR is valid on a non stopping service passing the last Z4 station at 0930
