Going back to the original question, looking at the relevant Sectional Appendices from the Network Rail site, the lines are Up (Southbound) and Down (Northbound) Moorgate between Kentish Town Junction and the route boundary at 0m66ch (measured from the former Moorgate Junction), where they become the Down (Southbound) and Up (Northbound) Snow Hill.
Just to confuse matters, Marylebone is located at 205m 77ch (from Manchester via the GCR!) but the departure line is the Down Main and the arrival line is the Up Main, as you'd expect.
