First TPE Customer Service Professional assessment

Hi guys,

I have my assessment for the CSP role coming up in Manchester. I have done the assessment that First sent me in the email.

Are there any other pointers / advice anyone on here can offer? How did you find the structured interview?

i suspect that they are manipulating the role of conductor to customer service/host heading towards the disgrace of 'driver only trains'.....

Hi guys, I got an email today inviting me to assessment for the Liverpool Lime Street position a week tomorrow.

How did your assessments go? Any pointers?

Revise the practice papers you should have, the tests are very similar. Get plenty of rest night before, its a long day.

If you fail a test you go home so once a test is done, go for a little walk, DO NOT sit around thinking about what you have done wrong or listen to any negative people that are moaning. We had 6 on our day and only 2 got through, we have both since been interviewed and offered jobs.

Thanks for the advice. Not received any practice papers or anything beyond "you will be tested" though :(
