661Z - Grangemouth to Sinfin - 150 late

Service 661Z, Grangemouth Ineos to Sinfin Sidings, broke down 'near Longton', departing 141 minutes late. Anyone know what the loco was, the problem causing the delay and a more exact location?

No passenger trains from Stoke to Derby yet today :cry: Realtime trains reveals a very depressing picture.

It's the headcode given on the Real Time Trains website (RTT), I know no more or better!
