Just read this elsewhere, thought I'd share...

You need to buy tomorrow's (Friday 12/09/14) edition of the Yorkshire Evening Post for details.

No more details yet, but 2 further issues of the YEP needed in order to collect tokens.

I'm considering a trip up to Wigan on Monday to get a few, hoping the Observer isn't too hard to get hold of :D

I'm pretty sure you can just buy one paper several times instead of having to get several different days' papers.

Yes you can just get multiple of the same paper - I'm expecting our local to have them in again :)

It's been discussed in detail in the sticky at the top of this section for the last few days. Probably the most informative single post is http://www.railforums.co.uk/showpost.php?p=1907517&postcount=1773 which lists all the papers carrying the vouchers.

I believe you need 2 vouchers in total rather than 2 further vouchers.

That post doesn't appear to show the participating newspapers.

Northern's own link to the £10 deal does though.

Are you viewing at work or through another restricted network? I can see them from my home network but not if I use my work network. The images in that post is the same one you can get from the northernrail linlk.

Bought two today at Lime Street, apparently they hadn't sold any prior to today! I then paid with an RTV just to complicate matters, took about 15 minutes to get them

Want to go from poulton .le fylde to staylebridge on sunday

That's nice. I'm hoping to have a ride up the Wolds Coast on Sunday.

Perhaps other forum users would like to share what they intend to do this sunday?

Waking up at the Crowne Plaza at Manchester Airport, having a snack in the Club Lounge and then heading over to T2 to check in for a flight to Orlando. On arrival in Orlando, collecting rental car and driving to Fort Pierce for an overnight stop en route to........but that's Monday by then.

I had to book full price, which cost me £19.

I couldn't use the vouchers. Waste of time.

As mentioned you didn't give enough information about what help you wanted.

If you're talking about £19 return for Poulton-le-Fylde to Stalybridge that will let you catch any train.

If you were willing to only travel with Northern and were travelling both ways on one day you should have been able to buy a ticket for £10 using the vouchers.

I thought getting the £10 ticket was fairly self-explanatory - get two tokens, fill in the form, take to a Northern station and hey presto, a day ranger appears. As Poulton-le-Fylde is managed by Northern, and there are a wealth of NT managed stations on the way to Stalybridge, I'm surprised harry7 was unable to get one. We would, of course, have been happy to assist harry7 in the event he did not have access to a printer or found the instructions bewildering.
