If you use the journey plannner on Traveline North West, which is here, then you can make a journey by selecting 'Metro' only as the mode of transport. It then lists all the stops and the exact timings of when trams are due.

Additionally, if you don't want to continue on the Metrolink, there are also a number of local bus services that depart from the bus stop at the top of the footbridge, as well as from the nearby Stretford Mall.
