These people decided to go to Lille.... on a coach!!!

Sounds crazy enough so far, but it gets worse... they ended up at the wrong Lille! hock:

Going back to Sat Nav though its not actually the equipment at fault more the incapability of people being able to use them properly!

I don't see how they are crazy just because they didn't want to go on a train. Anyway, I guess you can understand why it happened, but you would have thought someone would have noticed the time Almost reminds me of the people who take their sat navs a little too seriously and end up turning left/right ON level crossings.

Not everyone wants to travel on a ground-level aeroplane with 2 seperate ticket, relying on either the railway being ontime, the availibility and the knowledge of rail staff to issue a London international ticket or the kindness of rail staff not to charge an expensive new ticket due to passengers misfortune on another rail service.

Also the fact that coaches can go anywhere (rather than just places with stations, then maybe further good public transport links to get elsewhere being required), and at a time to suit those travelling.

I would agree , I hate journeys that involve changes & deadline s especially since I have been ill as it is all so stressful to me now
