Thanks Jake I was still curious regarding why it said London Terminals.
Because that's the ticketing destination.
When the tickets are marked london midland trains only. So what other station could I travel too.
Any London Terminal served by London Midland and for which a permitted route exists ;)
The same with Liverpool stations I would have to use merseyrail unless it means south parkway
The only Liverpool Station served by LM is Lime St. You can, however, break your journey or finish 'short' at any intermediate station, including Liverpool South Parkway if you wish.

Euston is the only terminal served by lm
Even if it said liverpool lime street you could do that

Their does not seem to be any reason to not put on the ticket Liverpool Lime street to london euston.

There's also no reason not to leave things as they are - using the standard names that all other tickets use. Otherwise you create an anomaly in the ticketing system for no real benefit - and anomalies tend to get overlooked when other things change.
