today i read that GNER launched a new web site.
as i remember GNER will stop operating the ECML in a week from now.

why would a company create a new web site while they know they're gonna disappear?
there's probably a bit of common sense here.
where is it?

No idea what the point in making a new website a week before they change hands.
But maybe the new website will just be "debranded" and have the National Express logos pasted all over it.

so strange.....
it took 18 months to build this website.
good for them to wake up a week before going home.

but i think, as you said, it will become a NX website

That would be the main idea.

Also, the GNEr new ticket interface has been 2 years in the making, so was before the current issues with seaCo.

the trains or the website?

Both.

The GNER website will be the same when NE take over, just with their logos and design on it.

TOCs were having to start debranding trains before the franchises changed, but Virgin for example don't seem to have managed very well at all.

Virgin took the 'Virgin' shields off the voyager and the nameplates, but the actual livery was left on. At the Scotrail - First Scotrail changeover FSR just put logo stickers over all the old 'Scotrail' logo's but the train livery remained.

Quite a few of the Voyagers (and not just those which are being retained by VWC) retain their nameplates and/or Virgin branding.

In fact, some retain their NX colours to this day. A horrible scheme, that was.

Those voyagers are going back to WC in december though.......
