Would a London Terminals to Waterbeach SOR be valid from KGX to Harlow, breaking journey there overnight then onto Waterbeach the next day?

NR doesn't suggest separate tickets required but just want to check with those who know best!

Thanks,

The maps for valid routes from London to Waterbeach are KE and WA. The first covers routes from Kings X to Hitchin then Cambridge and Ely. The second covers routes from Liverpool Street to Cambridge and Ely going via Harlow etc. So Liverpool Street-Harlow-Waterbeach is a valid route. The £45.20 anytime return is valid for outward travel over a period of 5 days and return within a month starting with the first of those 5 days. Subject to that, there are no restrictions on break of journey since it is an Anytime ticket.

I'm afraid you can't use such a ticket on the London Underground
There are a number of routes where NR and LU tckets have mutual interavailability. I know for certain that King's Cross to Finsbury Park is one such route.

I also know that using the Victoria line between King's Cross St Pancras and Tottenham Hale would be valid as part of a cross-London interchange (i.e. a ticket with a Maltese cross in the route section), but I'm not certain whether that also holds true for a ticket starting from 'London Terminals'.

Sorry, you are absolutely correct. This ticket can be used between King's Cross (or any Z1 station) and Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale on the Underground, and then onwards by GA, if desired, by virtue of it being an interavailable route

Can it, and is it?

The Manual said:
National Rail tickets which include validity
Between Seven Sisters / Tottenham Hale/Walthamstow Central and Zone U1 or beyond

are also valid on LU / DLR services
Via the Victoria Line from Seven Sisters / Tottenham Hale/Walthamstow Central to any station in Zones 1 to 3

My opinion is that that extract from the Manual is not relevant as a London Terminals to Waterbeach ticket is not valid to Zone U1 or beyond.

Zone U1 to me implies that the ticket would include some form of LU validity (to a Uzone or have a maltese cross) for the premise to apply

Many thanks for replies...the cross London routes always are more complex. I just got a single Underground ticket and went from Liverpool Street. Maybe a London Zone 1 to Waterbeach) (if there is 1) would have been the best solution.
