What Is your Favourite Routes

What would you say is your top three routes in Freeware & Payware Respectively , plus as a foot note which route was the biggest disappointment to you.

Well I'll start the Ball Rolling

FREEWARE
1/ Highland Mainline
2/ Scottish Central
3/ Ballyshannon / Wupper Express v.11

PAYWARE

1/ Great Eastern
2/Southern
3/ East Coast Express trilogy / Pro Train Austrian Experience ( superb scenery)


And for my biggest disappointment I would say it has to be the Highly acclaimed Severn Valley Railway Everyone told me this was the benchmark before GE came ,but to me it was a total disappointment , & while I am not a big fan of preserved lines I would list West Somerset & Swanage among my Top ten , but this just did not do it for me , the only consolation was I got it off E-BAY for under a Fiver

Well i like: Payware =London and South Coast, Dorset Cost V4,Cambrian Coast and London and South East.

Freeware: Steyning, Thaxted, LGVMed 3.0
Payware: Dorset Coast v4, Great Eastern, East Coast Express
(These are in no particular order)

To be released: I'm looking forward to the Hertford Loop, which will be the fourth part for East Coast Express. And I'm also looking forward to the freeware route 'One West Anglia', which will feature the lines from Liverpool Street to Chingford, Cambridge, Hertford East, and Enfield Town. (It's been under construction for quite some time, it's on the UKTS forums)

I like the Cambrian one, hope they make a Modern Version V3 or something as Pwllheli missing the Co-Op and Criccieth has got the extra platform, still a crackin route to drive i think. Had a bash on a downloaded ATW 158 only problem i find with MSTS is there isn't really any notches and steps in the power levers.

Also modern speeds would be nice round Barmouth and Porthmadog but i even got me grandad on it who was a fireman in the days and he said it's done quite well.

My favourite routes are as follows:

Freeware: District Line
Payware: Great Eastern, ECE (all) and WCE.

I can't wait for Cross City Express for WCE.
