Did Workington Bidge have platforms on the line up to Workington Central? I always thought it was only on the line to Workington Main.

Did Workington Bidge have platforms on the line up to Workington Central? I always thought it was only on the line to Workington Main.

I was informed that a chord was installed to allow connection to the Cleator and Workington Junction Railway when certain ground conditions in the area were causing problems with the permanent way.

P.S. I note that you have found a new station of Workington Bidge...
