There must be more than 14 jobs going then, alot of days being held
These might not all be for Manchester though.
When they start the process they can have no idea how many people will pass.
So I assume if more people pass than there are training places available they will fill places based on assessement scores
(highest 1st etc..) and the rest might just sit in the pool.
The assessments only show that we meet the minimum requirements. What other criteria or selection methods are imposed by their HR department is anyone's guess.
I'm just guessing though. For all I know it might be done alphabetically.
