There is a lot of information about the DMI in this forum, just have a browse/search.
Try starting with the 'Becoming a Train Driver' thread at the top of the page.

Bear in mind that some of the assessement tests have been updated over the last few weeks but the DMI remains the same.

When did you take the phase 1 test, as im still waiting for DMI as well, in terms of the DMI test itself it hasnt changed since the old test
