Apart from trains which terminate at Shenfield and maybe one or two Southend Victoria peak trains, which are operated by 315's, Norwich trains, which are operated by class 90 + DVT, everything else from London Liverpool Street to Ipswich, Colchester Town, Southend Victoria, Braintree, Clacton on Sea and the Southminster Branch is operated by a 321 or a 360. A 321 might also operate a peak Norwich service (it did 100% for a while, not my area so couldn't say for sure).

As i say, not my area, but that's a start :)

Try UKModernEMU group on Yahoo Groups, has GA diagrams for these and Class 379/315. A couple of these are a couple of years old (The Class 360 ones IIRC, but I don't think they've really changed)

Only ScotRail operate 318s. Do you mean the similar-looking 317s?
