What's the big fuss about Fulwell? Its crap for a number of reasons.

1. Its in the middle of nowhere.

2. The sun will have swung round just enough by 1420 to get westbound trains in full sun, but its wasted as it will be on the nearside of trains going to Shepperton.

3. There are too many trees there.

4. Its in a cutting.

5. If the 101 is on time, you'll get bowled by the service unit.

I'm sure you'll take as much notice as usual Fred.

RJ , Ive taken all that into account. Its not in the middle of nowhere. Its a cutting so what. I might go to a lineside further up. Its rare for 901002 to come down and I wont get bowled.

I don't know why I bother.

I only went there for 1Q14 because I was videoing (or planned to) and I knew the locos would be on full power.

Is 2Q02 even running? ;)

And if the photo below is supposed to be a high quality image you bragged about before you bought the S5700, you need your eyes tested...

Fred, I'm still waiting for those Tonbridge - Barrow Hill times for the 73s you claim you have, despite them not being in the system yet. Don't tell me about using brains when you offer to give out gen you don't have! What a donut.

RJ, why are you bringing an argument from elsewhere onto the forum? Take it to the PM facility or MSN please....

Also, why does it seem to be a forum hobby to publicly have a go at people who you don't like? (Same question applies to thefab444)

I'm not having a go, I'm curious as to why Fred is bringing using brains into this when he never uses his. I was merely backing up my point with an example :).

Anyways, in response to thefab444's question, 2Q02 ran yesterday (thanks to Fred's 'live gen' report from Fulwell on WR-Gen, 4 or so hours after he saw it). 2Q05 ran today. It was quite late due to a security alert along the Godstone line. Should follow its booked schedule tomorrow, and I'll try and find out if its out any more this week.
