Leamington Spa - London via Coventry

Is this no longer a valid route? BRFares still lists the more expensive 'Any Permitted' tickets (as opposed to 'via Banbury') as well as numerous Advance 'VWC & Connections' priced by Virgin, which I have purchased a few months back, the 1st Advances being very reasonable.

However, I cannot get RSH to bring up these journeys or fares via Coventry with 'No tickets being found', intending to book an Anytime single 'Any Permitted'.

Any thoughts?

I did a check on the routeing guide and it looks like it's not allowed (although Leamington isn't on map TV despite being listed as a valid route for some reason) and LM won't give me an itinerary either.

Bizarre, given that the 'Any Permitted' fares priced by Virgin still exist for the journey via Coventry, which I was able to purchase online a few months ago. Perhaps a negative easement has been introduced?

Virgin also price London-Warwick tickets, although they weren't valid from Euston before the most recent changes. ATOC still list Euston as an associated London terminal for Leamington, but I suppose that's also just guidance.

The map thing isn't definitive, either, as (for instance) Preston-Milton Keynes is valid via Chester, but the only map to include Chester misses out Preston.

Despite the poor implementation in the current Routeing Guide, I doubt anyone would claim that the "Any Permitted" tickets weren't valid for Euston - Coventry - Leamington (and beyond), given that's their whole raison d'être.
