Push pull 20s Bingley

Ive just seen a set of push pull 20s go through Bingley at 03.30am on what i thought was the nuclear train, I was track side but it was pitch black, Both was working, When ive ever seen it before it as always been double headed is this the norm now?

Sorry, Shes just returned @ 04.15 am, Very strange looked like nuclear but cant of been again its was very dark.

I think people are getting used to 20s only being on flask trains - particularly if they are DRS of course.

Way back in about 1975 I was excited to see my first class 20 at Tamworth high level and extra excited as my first sighting was a double header :D. A visit to Westhouses cured me of that misconception :oops:.

Back in the 1960's I was surprised to see a 20 on a passenger train at Largs!
