I've got a list of journeys made this year which it would be great if someone has the information of the train numbers?

St Ives was 150232 and 150221 today when I was on it.


Meanwhile, I was going to see 08644 at Penzance. Last year when I was there 08410 brought the Night Riviera in and 644 was at Plymouth but not visible. Now, wnxx says 644 is back at Penzance but I could not see it on my way in. It looks like the sleeper must have propelled itself into the station but as a left I could see a shunter on Long Rock. Can anyone confirm if this is 08644?

About nine days on standard TOPS / TRUST but only for passenger stuff. Freight tends to disappear within a few hours unless you have access to TOPS 2000.

Probably not until Friday night when the diagrammer's know what stock / loco's are available after exams,maintenance etc.

They might have a rough idea now but it would not take into account failures in traffic, unplanned maintenance etc.You might get a 47 in the shed have a look underneath in the pits and find something that needs doing before the loco can go back into service. Then have to arrange for spares to be delivered and fitted which could mean the loco is not available and have to be substituted by another.

Biggest problems with 08s is that they are not always where they say they are on TOPS, mainly due to not being updated on the system when moved round by road. As they only tend to do move short distances when on rails that also might not get reported if done as an ad-hoc local move though this is less likely these days.

I notice they have had a couple train faults,would like to know what 153s failed.
