Preserved loco's near Burton on Trent

Was visiting the National memorial arboretum today, and saw what I thought was 2 preserved locos or something unuaual heading south towards tamworth around 15:00ish, but not quite sure, do know that there were only two locos in the consist and one seemed to be black in colour, any help with identifying what I saw?

Might have been, but I am pretty sure that the lines are un-electricfied, but I think there was a dark coloured loco with a light coloured loco.
