Hi Guys

On Thursday evening I'm planning to travel on the 18:58 Clapham Junction to Staines to meet a friend for dinner before heading home to Woking via Weybridge.

I have a Woking -> Z1-6 weekly travelcard and YP railcard.

Would the BZ6 -> Woking Anytime Day Single £4.05 be valid via Weybridge after a BOJ at Staines or would I need a Feltham -> Woking not via London ticket?

Thanks :)

Your Woking -Zones 1-6 is valid for travel from Woking via Weybridge & Staines to London so you do not any extra ticket.
A Woking - Boundary Zone 6 ticket adds no validity to a Woking - Zones 1-6 travelcard.

Thanks OwlMan, I thought I would be off route if I travelled via Staines/Weybridge. Great to know :)

Furthermore, there are some direct trains from London to Woking via Staines, so you shouldn't have any trouble whatsoever.* Not at the time you'll be travelling though, unless you end up on the last train of the night. In fact, on Sundays nearly all of the trains via Addlestone go to Woking rather than Weybridge.

* Putting aside for a moment the direct trains rule that should technically make my statement superfluous.
