the inspection saloon might well be caroline. it seems to be doing the rounds as such as of late, most likely a 37, in the rarer case will be a 47, both options being DRS from my knowledge

I saw an inspection saloon a couple of years ago on the Chiltern that was leading a class 37. That was the oddest looking train I have seen. It seemed to be chugging along at a fair lick. I am assuming this is likely to be the same setup.

If anyone chases up the parts of the diagram before that in the original post (which is only the tour from Kenny O to Clapham Jn), there are also short trips from, and back to, Willesden Brent (DRS) showing in RTT.

went through leicester 109 late from booked time, was powered by 37419, the best 37 going at the moment!

37419 (and Caroline, which is consisted this morning) on its way from Willesden Brent to Kensington. Hope anybody going out to take pics has better weather than NW London at present, just started raining.
