Discounted Bus & Tram Pass on Oyster at a LO station

Now that FasTIS is installed at Forest Hill, should I be able to purchase the discounted £9.80 weekly pass as long as the photocard number is loaded on Oyster?

The Shere Fast Ticket machines and the ticket office have only sold the full price ones previously.

I would imagine you should be able to. Is that just at Forest Hill, or have they changed the machines at all stations south of New Cross Gate?

Honor Oak Park too apparently as a friend mentioned that Brockley clerks are referring passengers to HOP instead of Surrey Quays for Oyster related issues.

Not even though it has the Prestige software? The TVM's issue the full price passes.
