Eastleigh to Eastleigh. Sounds like a NR Test train to me, especially as it's coming from the Works.

Correct - the schedules are kept 'in the system' all year round,
to ensure that the paths are not taken for anything else, but
the trains don't run from early December to late September.

but there is actual times for 13th July for it passing each timing point?

As mentioned lots of times before, just because a schedule is there does not mean it will run. In the case of the RHTT trains, the paths are kept in all year to a) make sure they have a path when needed and b) to save a lot of STP work. There is nothing to stop a train using those paths in the inbetween times and they are often used in that way.
