Greater Anglia rolling stock allocation questions

Could anyone please tell me what rolling stock GA use for slow services from Liverpool St - Ipswich and on the local Ipswich to Melton line?
Taking my bike on the train and I don't want the hassle of booking an Inter City fast train. I will be travelling midweek and off peak times.

I'm no expert with Greater Anglia as I have never travelled on the route, but I believe that London Liverpool Street to Ipswich with either be a Class 321 or a Class 360.

For Ipswich to Melton, it will either be a Class 170 or a Class 156.

No need to book a bike on GA Intercity trains. Bags of room in DVTs. Didnt even know you could book. Usually ok on local routes but cycles do get turned away if too many. Most Melton trains are 170/156 but there are some (15.54 Ips-Lwt for example) which are booked for a 153.
