20904 has left Carlisle for scrap, believe 20456 has also departed.

Both Open Toppers have departed too.

Which open topper? Saw Y526 NHK on the Southbound M6 at Preston yesterday, in London red. Online reports state it's gone to City Sightseeing Chester.

Both of the Red Open Toppers left around 3 weeks ago to Lillyhall and then onward.

16329 and 16393 were the ones I mentioned.

28222 is now finished in the paint shop, 22600 will be out next.

18382 will be next in followed by ex First 21259 and 28548 and ex London Trident 17502. 17479 is now at Lillyhall for conversion.

For anybody interested in going to the MetroCentre Bus and Coach show this coming Sunday Leyland Olympian F805AO (1005) will be attending leaving Carlisle Willowholme around 08.30. If anybody would like to travel with us on here please drop me a line.

52627 on the first Wigton Market shuttle today before 76 branded 34716 went onto the middle one and 34707 on the last one.

34688 on the full 685
61 branded 34692 on the 79
18361 on the 76 and then 61

Generally all confined to City work still apart from 22149 going onto 94s and then 79s to Gretna.

As they are now far more reliable and generally decent buses now you may find them escaping more especially 22134 and 22149.

10026 noted at Preston Bus Station on the 40 this afternoon.

Stagecoach Mer & Sth Lancs have picked up the Saturday workings of the 115 Preston - Chorley via Penwortham & Leyland following the decision by Fishwicks to withdraw its Saturday service. I think Stagecoach are working the route on behalf of Lancashire County Council, possibly as a temporary measure. Esteem 28513 was noted working through Preston with a Chorley board in the window along with a A4 paper 115 number, display showing full Stagecoach area name.

22274 now living at Kendal as a extra bus for Bike&Ride 800 and was on first day out today.
47058 was replaced on 42s by 34679
47057 was replaced on 41/43s by 20906
17277 was working on full 599s today normally only on short workings.

Thanks Paul, thats two buses that I now need from Kendal.
Still it got to be better, then going to Carlisle looking for 17277, and Preston looking for 22274.

Keeping the thread on topic (it is a Stagecoach thread after all), Merseyside Dart 34786 PX55EFR is today working Chorley routes 109/113. Anyone know if this a permanent transfer or just on loan?

The reasons don't matter

Main thing is we will have proper bus service with clean new buses for that week

And the reason is public pressure

Was just on loan, its returned to Merseyside this evening.

Come on tell the truth for a change???? It's not as if you want to be back, you don't have a choice.

If only the papers knew everything and how much of a cowboy firm Reays really are and the way they have treated their staff.
