Near where the 3 ridings meet
You could also add
Plymouth Road (Barry Island Railway)
Smallbrook Junction (Isle of Wight)
Newtondale Halt (North Yorkshire Moors)
Ravenstor (Ecclesbourne Valley)
Kelling (North Norfolk)

My car has frequently found its way not just to the halt but right up behind the North end of the platform ramp.
There again I do have a key for the gate.

To be pedantic in Rights of Way issues, Sugar Loaf Halt on the HoW only has a Footpath access from the A road.

I understood the MoD have now installed a new public footpath (or, maybe bridleway/byway) complete with official signage and special information boards about what they do on the site - is this not correct, then?

It's certainly possible to cycle or walk (and probably ride a horse) past the station, but there is no access to the platform unless the camp guards unlock the gate. The other side of the path is the security fence of the camp with another locked gate.

As I understand it there is unlocked access between the station and the public cycle path, but signs on the station still state that all persons using the station must have business with the camp. Tha gate to the camp is definitely locked, with an armed guard.

North Sheen is accessible only by a long footpath and footbridge so there is no road access actually adjacent to the station.

Dduallt on the Ffestiniog Rly has no road access in fact you will need a good map and compass to find it.

Neither do Plas halt, Coed y bleddiau or Campbells platform.

Technically Boston Lodge halt has no "public" road access, although it is situated on the lane that serves the works.

In that case, Abergonolwyn on the Talyllyn.

Abergwynolwyn has road access-There is a steep approach road leading off B4405

I will add
Totnes (Littlehempston) as it does not have public road access but does have footpath and possible road access across private fields (weather permitting!) but no doubt members of the South Devon Railway can confirm.

Before long we'll be suggesting Llandudno (where you can drive onto the platforms!) because you have to get out of your car to get on the train.

As opposed to Cheriton Eurotunnel Terminal, where you don't?

(This joke would have been less forced if Motorail was still a thing.)

Manulla Junction on the Irish Rail Network.

This station doesn't even have official foot access. Needless to say the locals ignore this.
To get on the platform you have to walk across fields and then across the track, unless you come from the direction in the 'V' of the junction in which case you still have to walk on the ballast.
You can't even buy a ticket to it, it's interchange only.
