Guess at a light loco for engineering work tonight, especially with the destination of a shunt signal. Probably the closest location they can get to the possession.

Who's operator code is RT?

AFAIK, "RT" just stands for "Real Time", for when a VSTP schedule is put in the system with no operator assigned to it, but not specifically registered as a freight schedule.
