London midland medical & scenario interview

Good day all

Does anyone know with any certainty the maximum BMI that LM accept for the trainee driver medical? I've heard several companies ask for 30 but some 28?

Also having already sat and passed the manager and structured interview I am now down to complete a "scenario based interview"

What's that then, anyone know or had experience of it?
