An awful lot of freight on that list rarely if ever runs, or only run one or two times a week, they are just paths which can be used if /when necessary. There are also quite a few Eurostar ECS which no longer run since the service was diverted to run to and from St. Pancras.

What makes you think that???
hock:Couldn't be more different - as 33056 points out, freight traffic on that
section these days bears no resemblance whatsoever to the list.
Realtimetrains would give a more accurate refection of what runs,
but even then, the traffic can vary considerably from one day to
the next...
