Huddersfield Station Gala 13th May 2007

I'm not sure where this thread should go so please don't hesitate to move it if there is somewhere more appropriate.

This weekend there will be the "Huddersfield Station Gala". A number of trains are supposed to be visiting including DRS 37515, Virgin Thunderbird 57/3, Fastline 56301 and West Coast Railway Company LMS 2-8-0 Class 8F No. 48151.

I can confirm that DRS 37515 will be there because I saw it arrive this lunchtime. It's currently stabled in the first siding opposite platform 8. Quite an impressive sight, and I'm not a train geek. Annoyingly I was without my phone and its camera.

There will apparently be cab rides on offer, between Hudds and Lockwood, I suspect this will be with Northern.
